How to Stay Healthy

Staying healthy is essential for living a happy and productive life. Many people today neglect their health because of busy schedules and unhealthy lifestyles. However, there are simple things we can do to stay healthy.

Finally, avoid bad habits such as smoking and drinking alcohol excessively. These habits can cause serious health problems and shorten your lifespan.
